Tha God Fahim Delivers EP 6 in Hyperbolic Time Chamber Rap Series

Tha God Fahim, the man from Atlanta who rules as both MC and producer, continues to leave his salty mark on the hip-hop scene with the release of his 52nd EP in the famed Dumpathon series. Starting out as part of the Griselda Records crew and one-third of the illustrious Dump Gawds alongside names like Mach-Hommy and Your Old Droog. But hey, make no mistake, Tha God Fahim has built up an insane discography that will make your eardrums tingle instantly. Think of works like "Breaking Through tha Van Allen Belts" and "Dump Assassins." Since 2023, he has continuously graced us with salty releases that simply cannot be ignored: from the "Dark Shogunn Assassin" produced by Camoflauge Monk, "Iron Bull" via Nature Sounds, to the dope "Dump Gawd: Shot Clock King" series by Nicholas Craven.

But this legend in the making continues to amaze us, because with the 6th edition of "Dump Gawd: Hyperbolic Time Chamber Rap," just 48 hours after its previous release, he manages to raise the temperature considerably. The track "Symptoms" sickeningly mixes jazz rap and chipmunk soul, with his lyrics sounding all-encompassing in your headphones. On "Disconnection," he spits bars like he wants to give the world a sledgehammer blow; the pathetic souls in his path should feel it. On "Korin" and its thunderous horns, he lets you know that no one is lyrically tipping him off. And then there's "Over 9000," a chill callback to Dragon Ball Z that brings back nostalgia in all its glory.

With "Crusher," Tha God Fahim shows he is a phenom without equal, pure fire on a sample-heavy boom bap beat. "Destruction Achieved" is soul robbing live as he promises to take his machete like Jason Voorhees onto the stage. Finally, with "Tha Invitation," you get an invitation into his world, packed with samples that let you know the Supreme Dump Goat never rests.

Each EP in the "Hyperbolic Time Chamber Rap" series builds on its predecessor and the current release is no exception. The sound can be described as hardcore vibes with a thick sauce of jazz rap, chipmunk soul and the unmistakable boom bap touch. Add in the occasional vaporwave influences and you know your ears are in for a treat. Tha God Fahim brings a 9/10 adventure to the slippery streets of the hip-hop landscape. What do you think, will this man further cement his G.O.A.T status or not? Let us know how salty you think these releases are and what your favorite track is.
